bwian1234 Posted June 12, 2014 Share Posted June 12, 2014 I have tried to update my store from 1.5 to 1.6. It didn't go well, I got a number of errors. I took a backup before I did the update. I have restored the backup but I am now getting problems. when I try to log on the back office I get a 'Access denied' box. I deleted the Install folder, but I am still getting the denied warning. Also I now have 3 search bars on my back office that float over the menu, which is very annoying. I just want to turn back time to before the update. Why does my backup, not backup properly?
