[SOLVED] Simple module get current category trail PS 1.4

Hello,

 

I need a very simple module for PS1.4 that would hook to the header and get the current category trail (breadcrub) in a smarty variable so I can call it in the body class. I want the body class of each category page to have the category ids from "home" to the current category.

 

For example: 

Home > Clothing > Men , could be "cat0 cat4 cat5"

 

I have found this on the forums: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/273463-solved-category-names-as-classes-in-headertpl/ - Nemo1 seems to have the answer on his post but I don't know enough to follow the instructions.
