Skapamento Posted June 10, 2014 Share Posted June 10, 2014 (edited) Hi, My cash on delivery module sometimes give this message after order confirmation: Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart. I can see the error log in administration logs with security level number (4) and error code 0x 1 I have searched many times but nothing solved my problem, any help or advice please? Skapamento Posted June 10, 2014 Author Share Posted June 10, 2014 I found this issue related with the same problem http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/303647-property-order-payment-is-empty-at-line-837-in-file-classesobjectmodelphp/ I've checked the ps_orders all orders with that error have a null value in the fields ( gift_message, shipping_number ) Delivery_number value = 0 valid value = 0 invoice number = 0 invoice_date = 0 any help here please? I got the main cause is some products combinations have false value in ean and upc after removing it, the message never appeared.
