Is is possible to remove the ID numbers from URL's when you have sub-categories with the same names?

I would like to remove the ID numbers from the URL's on my store.  There are a number of modules out there that do this, but many seem to fail when you have sub-categories with the same name.

 

Example of sub-categories with the same name:

 

level 1       level 2         level 3

baby         T-shirts        Blue t-shirt

girls          T-shirts        Blue t-shirt

boys         T-shirts        Blue t-shirt

 

Has anyone found a module that allows you to remove the ID number and still work with the above category structure?

Thanks Paul, I haven't tried this module, but it does cost €29.  I was hoping to find a free module...

Anyone with any experience of this module, and more specifically whether it will work with my example of sub-categories with the same name?
