nnab Posted June 7, 2014 Share Posted June 7, 2014 I am facing a unique problem and not sure if this is a bug. I have clients in customer wholesale group say 20% Whatver orders received from clients available in wholesale groups, discount is applied and order is received correctly. When we try to add a additional item from backend for the same order, we select a product, it shows discounted price of 20% and when we click add, it furthers discounts the price by 20% and adds to the order. The same item when edited and price changed and updated, it accepts but when the product is added to an existing order or price changed for a existing product in the order, the price further reduces by the discount percentage before adding to the order. It seems strange this is applicable only for customer groups. When a customer is in default group, then we can change the price or add a new product to cart,the price doesnt change as no discount is applicable.
