Guest chcek out error after update to 1.6 + some minor issues

We have  upgraded from 1.4.4.1 to 1.6
The shop was moved from /root/test/ to /root/ after update

and we need to fix following major issue:
After guest check out submit we get following error:
1) " Warning: parse_url(/authentication?back=http://www.zenshop.sk/order?step=1) [function.parse-url]: Unable to parse URL in /hosting/zenshop.sk/classes/Dispatcher.php on line 746

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /hosting/zenshop.sk/classes/Dispatcher.php:746) in /hosting/zenshop.sk/classes/Tools.php on line 110"

2) Also I am unable to translate AJAX cart to Slovak - everything else is ok. And paypal - just the text on Button in order step where you choose your payment.

Then some minor issues:

3) when product is unavailable but can be ordered (on back order) - there is no text in orange box or sometimes ajax error.
4) backoffice module tab - gives error (but with no impact):
Unknow error on line 1267 in file /hosting/zenshop.sk/modules/shopimporter/shopimporter.php [2048] Declaration of shopimporter::cleanPositions() should be compatible with that of ModuleCore::cleanPositions()
5) In Live edit we got Error 404 page instead of home tab (100% shop home directory change problem)
6) we need to change submit button text on last order page to meet EU new directive.

Payment can be done by bank transfer/paypal. We are EU VAT registered.

We also seek for long term cooperation - we plan to make "design your own bracelet" feature for our customers. We had it already in 1.4. - so we exactly know what we want
