ibrahimkoky Posted June 2, 2014 Share Posted June 2, 2014 hello want to know how does the system work on refunding a customer after a return is completed? it is a partial refund (one or more item of the order not the whole thing). i can see in the customer order the items that has been refunded but the total amount is the same, didn't change. thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
