chiggs Posted June 1, 2014 Share Posted June 1, 2014 just installed the lasted prestashop (was previously using 1.5.6 and now I go to log it when I hit enter after typing my password it just stays on the same page. password is correct as it goes to load and then I just watch a white box for two hours. please help as I NEED to access my back office to process tonights orders. thanks in advance - wish I could give more info but I couldn't. All I did was delete the install file which it said to do before I could access the back office page - done that now I can access it but cant log in :( help!
