Manual product adding not change stock in FO

I have some issue with FO stock levels. By the way in BO too. 

When customer have opened order and ask me for adding some stock items to this order I add it in orders add product... (on stock 1)

Then I can see that product was added but available quantity not change (still 1 should be 0) in order view and is able to add more pcs then in stock so I added 1 more then in stock and then removed (from 1 on stock to -1 and then should be 0), in stock - Instant stocks it shows correct value (on stock 0) and in FO it shows still old level before adding (on stock 1). 

In stats - Available quantity I see bad number too, because it not reflect removing thet item so shown -1.

 

I looked to DB and it looks that link between stock and product levels are broken.

 

Any idea?
