Problema conferma ordine con pagamento alla consegna

Ciao a tutti,

 

dopo aver effettuato un ordine, scelto pagamento alla consegna e cliccato su conferma ordine mi compare tutta questa tiritera....che vorrà mai significare? Premesso che il db registra l'ordine ed al cliente arriva l'email...

 

Vi prego aiutatemi sono disperata...
