Can I edit .css visually? e.g dreamweaver?

I'm finding it difficult to pin point which elements are what.

Is there a way I can view them in a layout in dreamweaver or something?

 

Or is there a legend people use for the different parts?

I don;t think so.In your internet browser, try right click > Inspect element you can live edit to an extend and see what works. Of course then you need to actally edit the css files

There is no way to use Dreamweaver WYSIWYG Mode, you need to use Firebug, Chrome Dev Tools or something like that.

well, you can use dreamweaver to edit your css styles,

but instead of it you have to use for example:

I've honestly never notice the style part on the right hand side (dev tools in chrome)

Mine was all mushed up on the side.
