Add atributes or resize images?? HELP!!!

Hi all,

I'm having trouble with my product images. It states that

"Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11764 bytes) in /customers/totallybike.com/totallybike.com/httpd.www/images.inc.php on line 210"

I spoke with my host and they say that this size is fixed and cannot be changed, even if I upgrade my account.

I have 2 options:

1. Resize all of the images and reupload them (time consuming)

2. Instead of having a seperate listing for each item based on frame size (as i am selling bicycles), I could have one listing and then add attributes so as customers could pick the frame size that they require. However, when I tried this I tested it on one item, the 16" frame was in stock and the 18" was out of stock (amended as such in BO). When I selected the 18" frame in the shop it allows me to add it to the basket and changes it to a 16" frame. Does anyone know a way around this?
