Vire Posted May 9, 2014 Share Posted May 9, 2014 Hello there, im trying to get help since 2 days for this problem: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/328962-prestashop-shipping/?do=findComment&comment=1664167 it makes it totaly impossible to finish my shop since i just have to add products and with that problem it would be just a waste of time adding products and have to delete them or do them again to fix the bug later. I already tryed to get help in the addons livechat since that is the only intime solution by prestashop, i send them a e-mail that basicly needs years to get answered on and i did a thread here. I can totaly understand that i dont get instant help here since you guys are just free guys and do it in your free time im very thankful for your help but i dont want to lose days for nothing, i need to start earning money and absolutly hate to be mightless. Since it seems to be definitly a bug in the software i would like to get some other ways to get help. Does anyone know a other board than this or a coding site that can give me support?
