you can do it with module like free html box module.

install it, then select "dispalyTop" as a place where you want to insert code.

 

then just insert code like:

<div class="col-sm-4 clearfix">
<img src="http://urltoimage.here.com.pl"/>
</div>

module must be placed right after search block module, you can manage position of addon under modules > positions tab in back office (displayTop modules list)
