moonoi
I have deactivated English in the admin panel and left Romanian as the sole shop language. The problem is that much of the content shows in English in the front end, footer links, categories headers, minic slider.... everything is in English, except custom content and product descriptions. Help please?
Paulito
Good morning Assuming you have set all your categories, links etc are into Romanian http://screencast.com/t/ijkXYwI6zG have you tried emptying your cache Paul
moonoi
Thanks for your answer, however I am using PrestaShop™ 1.5.6.2 and don't seem to have these options.

moonoi
Thank you Paul, this time disabling English produced the correct links for categories. Maybe it was a cache issue, why didn't I think about that first... but problems remain: http://www.swisscoffeetime.ro/prestashop/temp/Image1.jpg http://www.swisscoffeetime.ro/prestashop/temp/Image2.jpg If I take for example the "Contact us", it certainly comes from the contactblock, for which I have the necessary translations: http://www.swisscoffeetime.ro/prestashop/temp/Image3.jpg But it still apeears in English? moonoi
hmmmm... I went to the module manager using Romanian as an admin language, entrered the configuration for contactusblock and cmsblock and both blocks then changed their default language to Romanian! Very strange. Front end language should not depend on back-end language! But resetting the myaccountblock didn't do the trick. :-( The links at the top "home-contact-sitemap" also remain stubbornly in English. the 2 modules responsible for this are: blockpermanentlinks and blockmyaccountfooter Edited May 5, 2014 by moonoi (see edit history)
Paulito
Hello Have a look at: Back office > Localisation > Translations > Installed Module translations > Theme > Flag (if you have one) http://screencast.com/t/9QSBUHIVNn Result: http://screencast.com/t/718pKj5IIL8 Paul
moonoi
yes: http://www.swisscoffeetime.ro/prestashop/temp/Image4.jpg looks like this smarty "include" is not doing what it should: {l s='My account' mod='blockmyaccountfooter'} Edited May 5, 2014 by moonoi (see edit history)
Paulito
Sorry, I am not sure how to resolve this but: how about changing it in the .tpl file public_html/Your Shop/themes/default/modules/blockmyaccountfooter/blockmyaccountfooter.tpl http://screencast.com/t/GtWhPjmnDnE Paul
moonoi
Trouble is, if I change it in the tpl file, the change is static and when I reactivate english or french, these languages wouldn't work. :-/ But it could be a quick and last resort fix, yes. Thank you for your help! Edited May 5, 2014 by moonoi (see edit history)
