Two currency Suppliers, one currency to Customers

Hello, the problem is as follows

They want to sell in pesos (should be pesos the default currency in PS)
There are providers in pesos and dollars ; the exchange rate fluctuates daily
Some products estimated sale price
- The basis of a dollar price (varying rate and affecting sale price )
- Other products have a price base pesos ( no sale price is affected by rate )
Happens a lot in Mexico near the U.S. border , there are suppliers in both countries

Then drawbacks :
To vary the price in pesos if you change the rate , I put default currency dollar and Dollar Exchange Rate is 1, and Exchange Rates in Pesos is ( eg . Present) 0.076126
If I put default currency pesos , then only varies the dollar and not the weight , because Exchange is one in Pesos
 
Also, if I put all default currency dollar sales statistics are in USD
Prices should also be displayed only in pesos , the client must know nothing of dollars

One option would be to disable dollars according to client group

Here is the problem I 'm trying to solve
