Payment displayed in BO and FO but no product is shown

I am using CCAvenue Payment Gateway. The payment is going through properly and payment details are also displayed in BO and FO. However strangely, the products bought by the customer are not displayed at both the places. Below is the error shown in BO after clicking Modules section.

 

Unknow error on line 706 in file /home/commonse/public_html/modules/ccavenue/ccavenue.php
[2048] Declaration of ccavenue::validateOrder() should be compatible with that of PaymentModuleCore::validateOrder()

 

Please solve the issue.

From where you have got the ccavenue plugin ? it is developed by you or the ccavenue has provided you ? which version of PS are you using..

For which order you are not getting the product list ?

 

only the order which came through ccavenue or all ? better post the screen shot of BO and FO ...

Dear Karthik,

In case of of CoD its working fine. But not for CCAvenue.

 

I am using PS 1.6 and attached CCAvenue module. Please help.

The ccavenue module which you are using is for PS version 1.5.6.0 not for 1.6 , You can ask ccavenue to provide the plugin for PS 1.6 version.  can you post the screen shot in which place the products are not displayed...

 

What is the return url , you have submitted in ccavenue merchant account ?
