Show all products in CMS page with AJAX category filter

Hi all, I'm newbie with Prestashop but I'm a programmer used to work with WP.

 

I've customized the default theme and now I need to show all products in one of my CMS pages with the pagination that Prestashop provides and it would perfect if I could add a category filter using AJAX.

 

Is there a way to show all my products? And if so, can I add the pagination and the filtering options?

 

I've start digging in the controllers but I'm a bit lost.

Hi,

 

there isn't standart functional for showing products on CMS page. So you need develop custom solution. controllers/front/CategoryController is uses for render category page with list of products. Into this folder you can find the CmsController that render cms pages content.

Hi, thanks for your answer.

I was counting on a develop custom solution.

I thought to modify the CmsController but the truth is that I'm not sure how to start. Looking into the CategoryController I don't know how to duplicate the list of products rendering in my CmsController

Finally I've develop a module to show all products, now I'm trying to add an ajax category filter.

This filter is going to be more complicated but I'm still working.
