how to design my customized theme in prestashop

i have created an shop with prestashop1.6

i have to change default theme of myprestashop to thing like this:

this is index of mytheme. and this is page when user click any product:

i have my standard modules for example an animation slider and zoom effect for product pics and other modules but dont know how to use them in prestashop.

in another word i have to use any slider and jquery plugin in myprestashop.

are this possible?
