kelvink_59 Posted April 20, 2014 Share Posted April 20, 2014 hi, i really dont understand why multishop in my prestashop 1.6 doesnt work fine. shops are well defined under "default" branch of shops the default shop "1" works fine and has a root defined, several categories and products loaded the second shop "4" is active, has a root called in other way, have same template and ready to accept data... but... When I load the file csv even if the field are perfect and the ID shop is defined as "4" the data goes always into shop "1".... I tried several times, but no ways always the products goes into shop 1 not only.... if i try to move the product myself manually from shop 1 to 4... it takes the update but.... doesnt show the product under the shop 4, category remains emtpy... Database Mysql seems ok and updated... i become crazy really!!
