kashyyyk Posted April 15, 2014 Share Posted April 15, 2014 I can't figure this out, I have a customer who created an order but can't check because he gets- No carrier can be applied to this order I went in to the BO to look at his abandoned cart and I get that messege. He is in Pennsylvania. If I log in with my username and create the same order, I get a cart with shipping, I'm in Michighan. I don't know what to look for, I left zones and locations and all that default, I'm using the USPS API for shipping costs. if it matters my site is http://phryz.com/ What should I look for? This customer is an ebay buyer from prestabay and he has also purchased from my store when I ran ver. 1.4. He had the long US Zip code like 48180-4328. If you try to register, you can't enter the -4328 portion, but having been imported in, it has it in the address and won't give shipping prices.
