Question #1: Will disabling all taxes & tax rules other then the state my operation is in have any negative impact on the store? Question #2 (and a bit more complex): The state I am in has an optional surtax by county. This surtax is in addition to the mandated state tax. The surtax has a maximum value of $5,000. So the question is.... How is the best way to set up the tax rules in Prestashop for these counties and to calculate the surtax percentage and up to the first $5,0000 of the order?
