Add to Cart Missing (only shows if I have an Attribute)

Just adding product to my store now

 

If i'm on say the New product Page - it will show me the ADD TO CART button

 

If I go to the actual product (that has no attributes to it) the ADD TO CART button is missing

 

It shows me this

 

1 item in stock

Warning: Last items in stock!

Reference: WR5797

Warning: Last items in stock!

 

If I have a product that has say attributes to it - the Add to Cart will Show.

 

How to I enable it to show the ADD to cart on the product page - this should be a Simple TASK.. didn't have this much problems with other ecommerce products..

You may want to experiment with the parameters 'Display unavailable attributes on product page' and 'Display "add to cart" button when product has attributes' under Preferences->Products.
