Email registration template for different customer types

Hi,

 

I have customised the shop registration so that a customer can be of two different customer types namely a 'school' or a 'student'.

 

What I would like to do is send different versions of the new account email to each type.

 

This email would, I guess, be based on account.html and account.txt. Is there away to say send account-school.html and account-student.html to the respective customer type instead of the 'default' account.html? Or may be there is a way to customise account.html so that it only contains the relevant information for each customer type?

 

`customer_type` is a field in the table xx_customer.
