In BO go to Localization > Translations > Front Office Translations choose your theme and language and click modify. I dont understand why not, the module that make this possible are not installed and the phrase appear with another next link. Appear that the module are inside by default in theme, independiently if are installed or not? Do you have the portion of code that show this?
