Athletic Hound Posted March 23, 2014 Share Posted March 23, 2014 I have posted this on other parts of the forum and although I didn't to create another topic in another part of the forum, I had to. The reason is that I didn't get the necessary help therefore I am posting here out of desperation. I backed up my DB on PS and my whole site through my hosting company as well. I chose the 1 click upgrade to Prestashop 1.6 but I can't login to my back office now. I enter my username and password but when I click on "log in" I get no response at all. I have tried on multiple browsers with the same results. I can't even downgrade to the previously saved version. I am on a Mac running Mavericks using Safari, Firefox and Chrome with the same results. Can someone help me please?
