I send the test email system says all ok ( green) but no email arrives......... Dougadanny Posted March 28, 2014 Share Posted March 28, 2014 You will get a Green success message for any email address you enter, even if does not exist, which only means that the system has sent a message "to the email address you provided." Verify that your email address is a working account outside of Prestashop. If not, troubleshoot with your email hosting provider. In Prestashop, check to make sure you have entered the email address correctly, simplistic, but sometimes the simple errors happen. Go to your email hosting provider and access the account for the email you used in Prestashop, see if the email was received. Then you can setup your iPhone or Outlook to get the emails.
