Homepage translation is not working HELP NEEDED ! :)

Working on one project for 2 languages and got one problem www.zalcompanyny.com

 

on the homepage there is featured products, new products and product brands.

after translating everything from the theme its still not translated. is there any chance to change those names in codes? where the files are located?

 

Also default translation is not working as i need VPS server for that.

have you tried to increase this limit with php.ini file ? or with htaccess?

also, maybe your hoster will change it for you?

Yes i tried to talk to hosting but they want me to buy VPS hosting for that its very expensive.( maybe you can suggest some?)

Im making this website for somebody. i just basically translated everything in the back office to russian except those 2 things. i tried everything but can't find where to do that.

 

It gives me option to translate theme files but it does not allow to translate default :(
