Need help with Velvetsky Theme & Prestashop 1.4.2.5

Hi

 

I really need urgent help with this theme and prestashop. I have uploaded the Velvetsky theme and over written the prestashop modules with the velvetsky ones.

 

But my home page menu is pushed to the left and my logo is below the menu and top header of pages is not displaying correctly.

 

I have been trying to fix this for the last couple of weeks and I can't find any help with this.
