tiagomiranda Posted March 19, 2014 Share Posted March 19, 2014 (edited) Hi, just upgraded from 1.4.8.2 to 1.6 version and I'm having these problems: Trouble #1 I was trying to regenerate images and then got an error message saying to check the "writting permission". I don't know which folder / permission this error refers to. (Print attached) Trouble #2 Just after this, I tried to import my latest backup to my cloned store database, and then the whole website turned blank. Now I can't access front or back office. I have tried to import an older backup and nothing. This is the second time I install this new version. Whenever I try to restore a database backup, this happens. My cloned store: www.regards.com.br/store2014 (which is blank now). Can somebody help?
