(SOLVED) Change category title

Hey Guys,
How can I change the title for my main category list? For example, if you look on the Presta Demo shop you see how it lists all the categories under the word "Category". How could I change that to say "Products"?

Go to Tools > Translations, select "Modules translations" in the dropdown, select a flag, then enter "Products" in the text field next to "Categories" in the "prestashop - blockcategories" section.

Thanks Rock, I think I might just hardcode the change into my theme instead. I'll use your suggestion from here.
