Purechat in prestashop doesnt work

I have prestashop 1.6 installed and wanted to know how i can add live chat so it appears at the bottom off every page. I have the html code i edited the the index file in prestashop 1.5 and it worked but the update to prestashop 1.6 removed it and it doesn't work when editing the 1.6 verison

You need to install the html block module first.
