HELP Hack attempt and cant log out?(SOLVED)

I was trying to install the module add order 1.0
I had the back office up and the front site in anouther firefox tab
At some point the backoffice went funny like it was merged with front for a second and then it just said HACK ATTEMPT!

Everything seems ok but now my customers cant log out once logged in and just get a blank page?

I have now uninstalled and deleted all the add order 1.0 files

Any help please?

ANSWER
I had code googe analytics in the index file, it should have been at the bottom but it was at the top!
I have noticed other people have had the same problem with the logout if they have had a space at the top of the index file. It is fixed now and this has also fixed the layout, what a long day. IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT comes to mind!
