[SOLVED] No Carriers Available

1) make sure that your test customer is from proper country (i mean that you've got possibility to define carriers related to countries)

2) make sure that your order is not "out of range" defined in your carriers (for example weight range, or order value range)

I figured out what I was doing wrong:

1.  When in catalog>Products>Warehouses make sure that you create a new warehouse location and you have selected a carrier.  Once you enter all the information check the "stored" button and save the changes.

2. When in catalog>products>quantities make sure that you have a positive stock count, otherwise when you are ready to checkout and process your order your customer will get an out of stock notification after processing the order.

 

Once you select a warehouse and select a carrier everything should work fine.
