DynamicSlideShows
How do I overcome the "no carriers available" tag when in "checkout"? I can't proceed beyond step #4 which is shipping. What are the proper steps for me to correct this?
dioniz
I think you should create carriers in BO under Shipping
vekia
1) make sure that your test customer is from proper country (i mean that you've got possibility to define carriers related to countries) 2) make sure that your order is not "out of range" defined in your carriers (for example weight range, or order value range)
DynamicSlideShows
I have defined my "out of range" parameters and also defined the carriers to the country and still, "no carriers available". What am I missing? What else should I enter or look for?
vekia
any chance to see your website live?
DynamicSlideShows
I figured out what I was doing wrong: 1. When in catalog>Products>Warehouses make sure that you create a new warehouse location and you have selected a carrier. Once you enter all the information check the "stored" button and save the changes. 2. When in catalog>products>quantities make sure that you have a positive stock count, otherwise when you are ready to checkout and process your order your customer will get an out of stock notification after processing the order. Once you select a warehouse and select a carrier everything should work fine. Thanks for reaching out Vekia!
