prestashop cart empty on checkout

I deleted my browser cache/cookies. for the latest days, but had to remove them all to get it to work.

Thank you.

yes, sometimes when we are testing the cache/cookies can when not cleaned cause unpredictable results.  Clearing is the new 'have you tired turning it off and back on again' solution. :)

I just ran into the same problem. I've even tried on a computer that has not been to the shop and same result. If I add a product to the cart, it adds, then if I go to the cart or even to another product to view, the product in the shopping cart disappears!

Oh, it is only after logging in that the product(s) in cart stay...

Also having issues with the logging off. I've changed 'mylogout' to 'logout' but still see in the URL 'mylogout'

found my problem. It was the Embed A Wordpress Blog In Prestashop Module I had installed. Went back to the original config.inc.php file and problem went away. My logout problem was fixed as well!!

wow, that is great news.  I  hope you follow up on the blog module (hopefully it has forum topic here)....

free modules are very difficult.  I used to have more free modules but the amount of work involved for a quality module free or nt  requires very hard testing (lots of time)...so be warned if it's free, many of those expect you to test it for them and if they did the testing it would not bee free.

Myself I would not use a free module unless the developer also has paid modules, then they have more at stake and even then I'd be reluctant.  I feel that most 'free' modules offered are failures that give ps modules in general a bad rep and that so many people have been burned that they are reluctant to load 'any' module.

some have stated (myself included at first) that module they want seem over prices.  I can now attest to the fact that to produce a 'perfect' module takes a huge amount of effort (testing).
