kornfr333k
Hello, i'm experiencing a weird problem, and i am not able to identify the issue. On my website, http://dkbike.ro i have no problem browsing every page and product. Everything is displayed without errors in Chrome. BUT - when i hit the refresh button or F5 on any page of my website, all the text dissapears and only appears back if you hover over it. Not all of it comes back though. If i hit refresh again, the same thing happens. but if i click any link within the site, everything comes back to normal. Also, i noticed that if i right-click anything in the page and hit "inspect element", everything comes back to normal. I have checked this issue with IE - does not happen, with Mozilla - does not happen, everything works fine. Chrome - not. It started like a week ago, i have made some modifications to the header.tpl, and some css files, but i did it before and did not have this problem. maybe i left something behind but i think it would only mess my css not the text display. The last modifications i made were applied to product.tpl only... It acts like Chrome fails to retrieve text from the db, i dunno... I checked in different locations, different pcs, different servers , it acts the same so it's not a Chrome plugin issue. I checked the database and cleared the tables with over 200.000 rows, mostly the ones that go for statistics, of course with no result. in Prestashop settings i have: Cache disabled (i have emptied the Smarty Cache) - nothing changes if i use cache i have attached 2 pics for reference but feel free to check for yourself - it also happens randomly when accessing the site by external links.... kornfr333k
Hello again, I am returning with the same request again to take a look at my problem mentioned above. I could use some opinions. I still haven't found the problem , i tried to isolate it but failed. I was presented with the following error at one moment, but it was caused by the Smarty Cache or Cache being activated at that moment. I don't have cache activated now, and i have tried some fixes for the Smarty_template error below, that foxed that error but did not have any effect on the text issue. Notice: Undefined index: unifunc in /tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 281 i don't plan to have the cache activated in the near future since i make modifications to the template on a regular basis. Just the is something i f*** up this time and i can't figure out what. i have also removed most of the country restricitions from the back-end so i think everybody could enter and check the issue. Besides Russian Federation , sorry. The Prestashop Version i'm running is 1.5.5.0, i know it's old, but updating to a newer version is not a valid option for me right now. thanks!
