Sushma Posted February 23, 2014 Share Posted February 23, 2014 Hi, Since 2 days new orders are suddenly not appearing in the BO of my 1.4.2.5 version. I can navigate and see the orders using the arrow button, but they do not appear when I click on the main Orders tab. All such orders are in "Authorization Accepted from Paypal" state even though Paypal was not used to pay for these orders. When i try to convert the order to "preparation in progress" the page hangs and displays nothing. However when I mark the order as "Shipped" it works and the order is then visible in my BO. Please help as this is causing huge disruptions and customers are not receiving any order notifications or confirmation. Thanks, Sushma Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
