Broken images after upgrade from 1.5.4.1 to 1.5.6.2

Hi. There's a path problem.

In frontend images are all broken.

In backoffice when I try to regenerate the images I get errors like these:

 

1. Original image is missing or empty (/home/edizioni/public_html/img/p/9/9.jpg) for product ID 794
2. Original image is missing or empty (/home/edizioni/public_html/img/p/1/2/12.jpg) for product ID 808
3. Original image is missing or empty (/home/edizioni/public_html/img/p/1/3/13.jpg) for product ID 809

etc....

 

The same both if I use legacy system or new system.

 

What's going on? How can make all work again?

I've got the same problem with 1.5.6.2.  None of the images are showing and I get the "original image is missing or empty" message when I go in to look.

Same i got, all images are gone, the path is wrong and sometimes points to nonexisting directories..
