.htaccess problem prestashop 1.5.6.2

Hello,

 

I had added www. before my shop domain and now several links doesn't work properly, such as login.

I've read on the web about generating a .htaccess file and editing it manually but something goes wrong all the time.

 

I've tried: 

1. switching friendly URLS on & off > no .htaccess generated

2. create blank .htaccess under my root folder, when turning friendly URLs on & off again, it automaticly deletes this .htaccess file but a new one wasn't created.

 

Anyone can help me ?
