500 error

Recommended Posts

Hello,

My shop has been running perfectly until yesterday. I haven't changed nor touched anything but all of a sudden the frontend shows a 500 Error - Internal Server Error. However, I can still log into the backend.

I have contacted my hosting company. This is their response:
I regret, but as I checked from our side, php and mysql work fine. There is no any problems to run any scripts.
Also I checked server error logs and found that your script cause premature end of script headers: /hsphere/shared/php5/bin/php on the server.

Anyone's having the same problem? What does this mean with the premature script headers?

Any help is highly appreciated.

thanks,

mark
