Hello,

 

I try to install / update shop directly to my domain ( www.mydomain.com), but i have some issues with it. Fresh installation of 1.5.5.0 goes well to the end, but when i try to perform 1-click update to 1.5.6.2, i'll face following error and update stops:

 

(*********indicates my domain).

 

 

Analyzing the situation ...Shop deactivated. Now downloading (this can takes some times )...

Download complete. Now extracting

Extract complete. removing sample files...

All sample files removed. Now backup files.

Backup files in progress. 8240 files left

Backup files in progress. 7840 files left

Backup files in progress. 7440 files left

Backup files in progress. 7040 files left

Backup files in progress. 6640 files left

Backup files in progress. 6240 files left

Backup files in progress. 5840 files left

error when trying to add /homez.809/**********/www/old-1392023901-index.html to archive old-1392023901-index.html.

 

 

How ever- If i load fresh install to www.mydomain.com/demoshop, installation and update to 1.5.6.2 success without any problems.

Solved:

 

My hosting company offers 1-click installation for Prestashop. It's also possible to remove this installation with one click. This is what i've done.

 

How ever, when i used Filezilla to log-into server to see is there something odd, i noticed there were still many folders related to previous installation.

 

With Filezilla i deleted ALL folders and files, re-installed once more and now 1-click update is working normally as well.
