From 1.3.7.0 a 1.5.6.2 import only products, pictures, categories.

I have 1.3.7.0, i'd like to update to1.5.6.2

I installed software (1.5.6.2) on new server e now imust import products catgories and pictures from old PS (1.3.7.0)...

 

I found a lot of solutions on this forum but i cannot do it.. can I find a simple solution?
