Apache Optimisation: ON->Website crashes! Help Please!

Hello, 

 

Need some urgent help if you can!

 

Website: Winenavigator . eu

 

On the main backoffice site on the configuration checklist the "Browser cache & compression" was red X.

 

I have turned on the Apache optimisation, now it is: 

 

•  Browser cache & compression

 

Now the following problems are appearing:

 

-The website is not opening (error message from the host server that the website was not uploaded yet)

 

After several refresh, it is ok.

 

-Once you click on a category only a blank picture appears

 

With several refresh it also opens...

 

Help me please!!!

Did it modify my htaccess file and thats why the problem is appearing?
