estratos Posted January 30, 2014 Share Posted January 30, 2014 Sorry guys if this has been discussed before but I've been unable to find a similar post apart from this one: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/292867-cant-create-new-order-error-thrown/ but the answer is not complete so I prefer to start my own topic. I have PrestaShop 1.5.6.1 with the default theme and with Paypal 3.6.5 installed together with "Wire Transfer" as my second payment option. Whenever an user tries to complete an order from the front-end the user is brought to the payment page (Paypal or Wire transfer) and, after confirming the order the user is then brought to a blank page displaying: Oops, something went wrong. Try to refresh this page or feel free to contact us if the problem persists. Thus, I'm getting the payments (only from Paypal) but never get orders in the BO. Then if I go back to the BO and try to place the order from there I get this other error: Property Order->id_customer is empty I've checked multiple times that a correct user is selected so I'm feeling totally unable to create orders on my Prestashop store at this point, either from the store front-end or from BO.
