The "header" of blocks - changeable?

It must be very simple... but I'm tired and out of ideas... How would it be possible to change the name(s) of blocks: categories suppliers etc.? They need to be changed like:

KATEGOORIAD (categories) => MESINDUSTARBED 

TARNIJAD (suppliers) => MESINDUSTOOTED

TOOTJAD (manufactures) => MUUD KAUBAD

MEIE KAUPLUSED kauplused => MEIE KAUPLUS

1) log in to back office

2) open localization > translations tab

3) select "installed modules translations"

4) click on flag

 

now you can translate these texts there.

lorem ipsum - home text editor in modules > modules tab, click on "configure" button, you will be able to modify it there 

(i suppose that this is home text editor addon)

Thank you, vekia, I managed to delete this lorem ipsum... Unfortunately it is not that easy with modules (or blocks?) names. I tried to follow these 4 steps but I got a message that says: "Hoiatus, Teie serveriteenuse pakkuja kasutab suhosin pakki PHP jaoks, mis limiteerib maksimaalseid päringuid vormis 1000 suhosin.post.max_vars jaoks.

1000 suhosin.request.max_vars jaoks.
Palun paluge oma serveriteenuse pakkujal suurendada suhosin post ja request piiranguid vähemalt 1293 at least or edit the translation file manually." This is in estonian but the point is that at the moment one query can be 1000 suhosin max but it should be at least 1293 suhosin and... I can also make these translations manually in translation file. OK, could you or anybody tell me in what cataloque and what file should I search in this case?

you have to check each installed module directoriy  for translation files. (en.php, es.php, it.php etc.)

 

categories - /modules/blockcategories/

manufacturers - /modules/blockmanufacturers/

etc.

Thank you again, Vekia! I managed to change all the headers that I needed . Now there is just one thing to do before the user interface is ok, at least for the beginning. 

 

How to add / remove these pull-down menus on the top-bar (or whatever to call it)? some days ago I removed some of them accidentally but I don't remember how?

to add / edit / remove menu items go to modules > modules tab in your back office and search for "block top menu" module. click on configure button near it.

you will see form to define menu items.

The image slider has a foriegn language text ontop of it (actually on the slider itself - not in the homepage) that cannot be edited or removed with the home editor. I have spent 6 hours trying to figure this one out. This text is definitely NOT embedded into the photo as its highlightable with the text-drag feature of the mouse

This mumbo-jumbe text is on the standard fashion default theme when you install PS but I cant remove it from the header block because it is actually printed over the image slider. NO THE HOME EDITOR DOESNT DO ANYTHING... Please help
