dirsubmit Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 (edited) Using PS Version 1.5.6.1 (tested with default theme) Using PayPal Module V 1.2.9 I Setup a test product called "Test Product" you can see it at http://www.silverblings.com/home/test-product (or any other product that has available quantities to order) Then setup a Carrier called FREE-TEST with zero (0) charge. When you try to order this product on the last checkout page it says free shipping.. great. Then it says Voucher $3.89 .. not sure what the logic is behind that? There's a default shipping that costs $3.99 so it looks like it's discounting that with this other shipping? ODD but ok. When you go to pay for it on PayPal it shows the right product price, But then it shows a 3.99 shipping charge? and a .10 Discount? And the final price comes out to $3.99 which is completely wrong. Is this a known bug? Is it from core PS or some module? Then after completing the order and when it posts back to the site it shows there is no order history Anybody else has experienced this? If not, we would recommend you to do that. It does not seem to be an issue with the PayPal module, but a PrestaShop configuration issue. Can take screenshot of the back-office pages: Shipping > Shipping (whole page) Shipping > Price Ranges / Weight Ranges (depending of which one you use) Or provide us with a valid back-office account, with access to the Shipping parent tab, and Price Rules tab? I can't recall ever having so many issues with any cart.. I've been trying to get this going for months now and with 20+ years of IT and web dev. experience and still can't There aren't any core modifications and it's pretty clean.. I've added categories and products and a theme.. the test I did was with the default theme.. at any rate who ever has just an empty clean install with no modules, products or anything configured? I'm not sure why but I was having lots of problems with this installation so I once AGAIN am starting from scratch and installing 1.5.6.2 now.
