Developer job offer: Several store bugs fixing (payment module, layout, performance)

Im looking for a developer with proven experience to fix the following main issues at www.farmaciamaestre.com :

 

-Credit card payment method module is now not correctly creating the order when receiving the OK from the bank (bank IT systems have recently changed)

-General speed performance: very slow webpage due to cpu throttling, some sql slowness, haven't been able to enable memcache.
-Evaluate migration to PS 1.5

-Other stuff: improve some graphics/buttons, layout errors, search functionality
