Sebastian.S Posted January 18, 2014 Share Posted January 18, 2014 (edited) Hi everybody, i get an error message when i try to Sync my emails with IMAP in the Customes Service section. If i press the Sync button on the bottom i get the following error: Unable to create selectable TCP socket (1483 >= 1024) Did anybody else have this issue? With the settings given by Hostgator, I was unable to sync, therefore unable to get the replies by the customers. I am not an expert in IT, so what I did, was to enable one by one the settings below the password, until one of them worked: - Try to just enable 'nonvaliate CERT'. Now it syncs. I hope this helps.
