I was looking at visitors on line (which I have turned on to show pages, as I get very few visits). limon994
Hello, Sorry for my late reply as yesterday was my day-off. Actually I have figured out this problem was occurred when other files are included by any module file and if that included file does ended with ?> the site went blank. No, I do not often lose access to our site with 1&1. Thanks,

LBPC
HI, thanks for checking. Yes, it seems to go offline for 40mins to 2 hours from what I can gather. Each time I've checked with various devices and from different locations and it's down on all of them. It varies - either the "Oops! Something went wrong!" or I can access all pages except homepage (in either language). Very strange. Any ideas why this would keep happening? vekia
maybe you've got some limitations on your hosting account (like available CPU units etc, memory etc.) so after exceeding these limitations - maybe your hoster disable possibility to view website? if i were you, i will ask them about that it's worth to check it.
