To change that information, you need to go to Modules->Modules in the back office, find the relevant module and configure it. The strip across the top is the Customer reassurance module. The 5 columns in the footer are enabled/disabled/configured via the following modules: Categories block CMS block My account block for your website's footer Social networking block Block contact info Be aware though that not all of the items in the INFORMATION column are configurable via the CMS block - you may need to make changes to the template file /themes/yourtheme/modules/blockcms/blockcms.tpl.
